The procedure of transfer your number to VoIP
Once you have requested a number for transfer, firstly paid your fee and then upload the required document. All documents are checked and verified manually by a member of our dedicated Porting team to make the process as secure as possible.  After this, we’ll contact you if we have any questions or need anything else before we proceed.

Once your documents have been accepted, we will submit the request to your current provider.  From the time the request is submitted, it will take 2-3 weeks for the number to be ported. Once the request is accepted, your porting date will be confirmed. On the day prior to the porting, the team will send an email to informing you that, your number is now configurable.

At this point, you can set up your number for inbound calls. On the day of the port, the porting process itself will always complete automatically. Calls are re-routed one at a time by each network operator, so you may experience calls are ringing all phones at the same time so that you’ll never miss any calls.
